The ATLAS module offers connections with six positions creating a pattern similar to a labyrinth. The different itineraries organize patterns that continue in adjacent modules connecting one module to another. Some of the paths are finite and others continue their way without an end. The positioning of the modules can be organized at random, as the design is complete modular, or it can be designed to follow a certain path or composition. ATLAS is made as an encaustic tile; the first layer is made of white cement, marble sand and natural pigments which are poured into a mold with the pattern to form the top layer. The second layer has cement and the third layer, sand. When pressed, the last layers absorb the excess liquid from the top layer. Due to their composition, the modules hardens in a natural way and the results are suitable for indoors pavements and flooring.
