The orchard management machine is mainly used in Chinese orchards. This orchard management machine combines the commonly used operation functions of orchards with modular systems to carry out orchard operations for different types of work in an intelligent and efficient working mode. When in use, only the manipulator module needs to be replaced and the system working module needs to be switched to the corresponding mode, so as to realize the operation functions of picking, trimming branches and leaves, spraying pesticides and bagging fruits in the orchard. The second operation method is to replace the rear car body with a tool holder, and install different types of tools on the tool shaft to achieve corresponding different functions, such as land rotary tillage, ditching, fertilization, backfilling, and can be equipped with special The warehouse stores a variety of tool types and car bodies. The cab adopts a detachable design, which is convenient for the operator to ride, and at the same time increases the autonomy of the equipment. When the cab is separated from the main equipment, the operator can patrol the orchard with the cab. At this time, the car body is still working on the orchard, or the unmanned monitoring mode of the cab can be opened for orchard monitoring. The equipment fully considers factors such as ergonomics, and comprehensively designs the internal space environment of the cab. The interactive design of the interior is mainly gesture operation, and the glass adopts hud head-up display technology to give truthful feedback to the working conditions of the equipment, and at the same time adds a modern sense of agricultural machinery and equipment.
Design innovation: First, the orchard management machine adopts new materials and new technologies, pursues a new type of agricultural machinery equipment that is efficient, informatized, and intelligent, and establishes a new production model of efficient mechanization and automation. Second, the management machine can be connected to different work modules before and after, and the common operation mode is integrated into the same module, so that it has multi-purpose functions, meets different operation requirements in the orchard, enhances the efficiency and utilization rate of the equipment, and reduces the idle rate. Third, the cab of the management machine uses a detachable design, which is convenient for the operator to ride, and at the same time enhances the autonomy and flexibility of the equipment, so that it can realize the independent cruise detection of the cab and the main equipment Continuous orchard operation. Fourth, the cockpit of the management machine adopts gesture operation in interactive design and is equipped with HUD head-up display screen, which enables the driver to clearly view important driving indication information. Fifth, the rear body of the management machine adopts McNamee wheels, which enable it to move in any direction on the ground, improving the mobility and safety of the vehicle. Design feasibility through the orchard management machine preliminary research, mid-term design and later on the product's technical conditions, economy, environmental protection, safety, ergonomics and other aspects of the analysis can be concluded, the orchard management machine production and construction project is technically feasible, ergonomically reasonable, and the current management machine market prospects are good, the design direction is correct, the economic benefits are outstanding, conducive to third-party investment or financing.
Therefore, the investment, construction and implementation of the design are positive and feasible in the future, whether it is production, social benefits, environmental protection and cleaner production. Design value analysis Now my country's agricultural industrialization is developing rapidly, and fruit trees are a crop with high economic benefits, which requires orchard production to be highly mechanized, especially the diversification of management links. Coupled with the increasing demand for high-quality fruits, the planting area and output value of the forest and fruit industry have been rapidly increased, while the improvement of the mechanized production level of forest and fruit has been relatively slow. The small market choice and small scale of promotion and application of forest and fruit operation machines have become important factors to curb the development of forest and fruit industry. Therefore, it is urgent to design a multifunctional detachable intelligent automatic orchard field management machine according to the agronomic requirements of the orchard for the problems of low mechanization level and lack of integrated equipment.
