Xiche Intelligence is a system provider of internal logistics dedicated to improving the quality of life with intelligent logistics, and hopes to redefine handling through a new design language through cooperation with convex and concave design. The traditional forklift industry is planned as the field of construction machinery. In this project, the convex-concave design transforms the traditional forklift into an electric-assisted forklift in the form of new energy, and uses electric power to promote the lifting and dragging functions of the overall upward translation of the forklift, thus helping the west forklift to transform from a traditional engineering forklift into a low-carbon and environmentally friendly new energy market.

Design Objectives
In view of the production and development needs of warehousing and logistics, factory transportation, traditional handling and other industry scenes, Xiche hopes to use electricity as the power source to build a pallet truck that is smaller in size and more convenient for workers to use than traditional forklifts.

Traditional electric trucks or large forklifts are often large in shape, stiff and square in shape, and it is difficult for workers to operate flexibly in small spaces; while hydraulic small trucks used in narrow spaces carry limited weight, and hydraulic lifting is also more laborious in use.

Convex and concave design can not help thinking when receiving customer demand, in the cold factory and warehouse environment, how to weaken the engineering sense of traditional factory crop tools, how to facilitate workers to use this product to achieve more efficient work efficiency, and even how to make workers feel the joy of operation in the process of work?

User Experience Design
Convex and concave design recreates a new lifting method of forklift truck, which can greatly reduce the labor of workers. In the factory, workers no longer need to artificially move the goods onto the forklift truck, but only need to directly insert the tray of the electric forklift truck into the tray, use the power button to lift it up and move it, and then put it in another place. In terms of user experience, it greatly reduces the manual labor of workers in the process of repeated handling back and forth, making the way of handling operations in the factory more convenient.

Handle details
The handle of the forklift is the most important contact point for the operator. In how to optimize the operation experience of the traditional forklift, the convex and concave design has used a lot of thoughts. It is very convenient to accelerate and decelerate or to move forward and backward in the working environment.
