CNC machining, at that time in nonsense, this kind of small thing at most tens of dollars, on the NC a shell are more than one, finished processing and surface anodized. How much are you going to sell? You know how to remove two of them as soon as you look at the shape. One is like a thick dictionary. Take off all the paper inside, leaving only the upper and lower and side arcs. The other one doesn't need to be detailed. Two pieces of glue, or ultrasonic welding.
