This smart weighing shelf is designed for fastener management in production lines or warehouses. The efficiency of material rationing is improved and the cost is reduced. It supports multi-level interconnections between the auxiliary machines. Users can retrieve shelves and accurately pick up materials through the app. The shelf is equipped with foreign body detection to avoid the disorder of inventory value and wrong quantity due to foreign body interference. Aircraft-grade high-precision weighing sensors monitor material inventory in real time. When the inventory is lower than the set alert value, the equipment automatically triggers replenishment, eliminating the risk of material damage.
