"Kaiwen Looking at Design Series"-A New Chapter in 2020
Product Name: Muon Audio
Designer: Los Laguluff (UK)
Design Time: Unknown
For the works he designed, there are no other adjectives to modify except worship. I remember that at the beginning of my graduation, I accidentally saw a work by Los Laguluf with a colleague, which was amazing. First of all, he is impressed by his works, and the second is that he has always implemented his own design style in different fields, and each piece is so beautiful. His works are like songs of beautiful music reverberating in his mind. This is really the enjoyment of beauty, and the design should be shown like this!
In order to introduce Los Lagulu in a more comprehensive way, Kaiwen Design will spend several issues to introduce several of his unique works, in order to let more people who love design know more about this extremely influential design master!
Ross Lovegrove (Los Lagulu), one of the most famous contemporary designers. Former designer of German Frog Design Company and founder of Studio X. Served as Louis Vuitton, DuPont and other big-name design consultants, KEF, Apple, Airbus, France Peugeot and Olympus and other well-known companies are its customers.
His inspiration comes from nature and futurism, and his works are famous for their organic design that combines natural beauty with ultra-new technology. His futuristic product design has driven a new trend of organic aesthetics and opened up a new direction for the design industry in the 21st century. At present, his works are collected by the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Pomphidou Center in Paris and the Paris Design Museum.
Ross Lovegrove has been committed to the cooperation of different brands and creating a new vision. For the first time, he cooperated with KEF to design the flagship audio Muon. The original intention was very simple and clear, and he designed the most top speaker. The floor-to-ceiling Muon greatly reduces the consumption of aluminum in the manufacturing process through superb superplastic forming technology. The made box seems to visualize the flow of sound in front of your eyes, just like the ripples of water, full of streamline. The perfect combination of pioneering acoustic technology and advanced organic form material design creates a unique masterpiece of art and acoustics, which can be called a miracle.
