As a key part of improving the quality of life of mothers and infants, the technological innovation and development of maternal and child products are of great significance to the protection of maternal and child health. TOALL Convex and Concave Design and Dongpeng Integrated Bathroom discussed how to provide customers with healthy and perfect professional overall bathroom space solutions through design to improve the health and quality of life of mother and infant families, and was invited to design a smart toilet and a complete set of bathroom accessories for Dongpeng.

This maternal and infant-grade intelligent toilet has successfully won the iF Design Award 2024 for its excellent design concept, ingenious artistic form and people-oriented functional innovation.

Project Background
dongpeng self contained bathroom, with 30 years of professional bathroom experience. The company integrates design, research and development, production, sales and service, providing ceramic sanitary ware, intelligent bathroom, bathroom furniture, leading hardware, leisure bathroom and other five categories of products. Smart Cube intelligent toilet and its surrounding series are specially developed products for mothers and infants commissioned by TOALL Design for Dongpeng self-contained bathroom. Its design concept is to protect family health. This product not only focuses on the adult experience, but also takes into account the special needs of mother and child groups, reflecting the depth and breadth of TOALL Design's care for users.

Design concept
Smart Cube smart toilets are designed with a focus on health and safety. In the design process, TOALL Design takes into account the physiological and psychological needs of maternal and infant groups under the premise of intelligent design of bathroom and household products to ensure that the products are both hygienic and safe during use.

Maternal and infant grade antibacterial

It not only has an antibacterial glaze with antibacterial power of more than 99%, but also is equipped with a silver ion antibacterial nozzle to completely block the threat of bacteria to family members. It also has a mother and infant-level intelligence system, which can turn over, flip and flush with feet. In addition, in order to adapt to the simultaneous use of adults and infants, it has the mother and infant design of the mother and infant seat ring and dual user memory, which truly realizes the design for the mother and infant group.

Smart Cube smart toilet integrates advanced intelligent technology to provide users with convenient operation experience. TOALL designers have simplified the daily use process of users and improved the practicability and comfort of the products through ingenious design: the smart cube toilet is equipped with a minimalist magnetic remote control, the magnetic base is more convenient to use, not easy to lose, and the clear logo makes it easy for the elderly and children to use.

Not only that, on the toilet body, the TOALL convex and concave team has also set up an intelligent control knob, which can conveniently use the cleaning, flushing and temperature adjustment functions even if it is not convenient to get the remote control, and can store the usage modes of two users at the button position, with one-key switching without repeated adjustment.
