Subdivision fields such as laboratory personnel need precision drilling to make tooling, demand: electric drill is more accurate; Functional design: Problem: Hand electric drill has higher flexibility than bench drill and other equipment, but it is not easy to control and its low precision makes it need flexibility in some parts, the current demand cannot be met in the usage scenario that requires accuracy. Especially for non-professionals who use at home, the depth and verticality of the hole cannot be controlled. However, when making some precision samples in the laboratory, the depth of drilling, verticality and torque of screws need to be relatively accurate. Design point: In view of the above requirements, a corresponding auxiliary measurement alarm system is designed to make the electric drill more intelligent and easy to use. The implementation method is to equip the electric drill with an infrared ranging system and an optional gyroscope to detect the real-time depth of the drilling And the offset from the initial position, and give the functions of self-stop and skew warning or self-stop at the specified depth. And through the display screen and keys to achieve fine adjustment of the electric drill speed, torque and other functions. The ultimate goal is to allow anyone to use the electric hand drill to align the hole. Appearance design: problem point: the electric drill in the current market mostly reflects the sense of strength and strength, which is more matched with the industrial field. however, in household use, it is necessary to consider that its surface is easy to clean without dust accumulation, its shape is softer, and its color is more affinity, thus conveying to ordinary people a feeling of high usability, simplicity and generosity. Design point: The modeling is mainly based on continuous smooth curved surface, and the overall trend is to tilt the drill axially and backward, showing the combination of speed and aesthetic feeling to reduce angular grooves, making them safer and easier to clean. The color is more neutral, more fashionable and energetic, and does not appear abrupt in the home or laboratory. In the appearance design, ergonomics is considered at the grip to ensure convenient access. The curved surface of the shell takes into account the parting during injection molding to ensure easy demoulding. The battery compartment adopts a gradual elimination surface design to reduce the bulky feeling of the general battery compartment by using an inclined plane. It gives people a feeling of lightness and ease of use. Product function feasibility: the vibration frequency and amplitude of this kind of hand electric drill are not high, so after the anti-vibration design is done, gyroscope, visible light generator, etc. can be selected and controlled by single chip microcomputer to feedback the position information.
