The mission of Shanghai Industrial Technology Research Institute is to "provide a platform for overall planning, support and service for common technology research and development, achievement transformation and industry". Trojans are fortunate to participate in the research and development of 3D new technologies by the Institute of Technology, helping them to transform from technology and technology innovation and technology and the combination of technology and products to commercialization.

The results of this project can be directly used in high value-added applications such as aerospace, automobile manufacturing, molds and medical devices. The metal powder is completely melted under high-energy laser irradiation, and metal parts close to density are directly formed. Can freely form any complex parts, shorten the product molding cycle, reduce development costs. At present, the quality of the printed parts of this product has reached the advanced level, and some structural designs are better than foreign levels; it has a great cost advantage. The printed materials can be tool steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, nickel alloy, aluminum alloy, etc.

The product adopts a modular design concept, the system is open, and the program is open source. It can also be used to test the performance indicators of different core components, software testing, material development and other research, in order to achieve low-cost metal powder metal forming and metal materials in the future. The technical approach of mass production is to drive the development of related industries such as new materials and new equipment manufacturing, and improve Shanghai's ability to transform and upgrade industries. The exterior design carries out the whole body with a sense of digital technology. The whole body adopts the simple features of straight lines and large rounded corners. Different colors and lengths of LED light bars are used to show the different usage states of the printer. The observation is simple and clear.
