Laparoscopic surgery is a newly developed minimally invasive method, and it is an inevitable trend in the development of future surgical methods. Ultrasonic cutting hemostatic knife is a new type of ultrasound treatment equipment, which has fast cutting, good coagulation, and lateral tissue damage. Small, easy operation and other advantages, in clinical applications have gradually shown a trend to replace electric knives, especially in laparoscopic surgery, the use of ultrasonic cutting hemostatic knife greatly facilitates the operation.
Surgeons or instrument nurses use ultrasonic cutting hemostatic knives for about two or three hours or even five or six hours a day for high-intensity work. So once it causes discomfort, it always causes discomfort.
The task of this topic is to carry out the human factor engineering design of medical devices based on prototype tests, to study and analyze the possible operational strain and comfort improvement, and to find a design breakthrough. Analyze the relationship between the hands of a specific group and the holding space of medical devices, and finally output an ultrasonic cutting hemostatic knife that is comfortable to use and can reduce the operation strain to a certain extent.
