Arcade is a modern commercial building. The ground floor of the building recedes along the street and flows out of the public pedestrian space. As a typical verandah-style building, the origin of the arcade can be traced back to the Greek "Parthenon" about 2500 years ago, which is the main building of the Acropolis. The arcade in the modern sense originated in Benyapkur in India. It was first built by British colonists and called the "corridor house". On the street side of the house upstairs, there is a special movable gate for people to go out of the street and enter the market during the flood, called the "water gate". The unique style of corridor and column, unified facade, continuous and complete, combination of Chinese and Western, and multiple coexistence, this form is relatively rare. Strong vertical lines and arched forms show Gothic decoration style. The facade is mainly composed of vertical compositions, with Gothic windows, and the arcade gallery on the ground floor is also treated as a Gothic window form, which makes people feel a strong Gothic style. This multifunctional storage box imitating the arcade not only retains the appearance of the arcade in appearance, but also adopts a detachable structure in form. The first layer is the pen container function, the second layer is the storage box, and the third layer is the pencil placement groove.
