1/3 (about 1.3 billion tons) of food is wasted every year in the world, of which horticultural products account for a high 60%. Among them, the food processing industry produces a large amount of peel waste (FPW). Each fruit contains 15% to 50% pericarp, which is discarded as waste after using its flesh part (I. e., mesocarp). At the same time, in recent years, domestic fruit tea shops have become more and more popular among young people. The "new consumption environment" created by these three factors is the development of the current beverage industry. It provides an opportunity, but it is not only a large amount of waste of peel, but also the pollution of plastic products. So we hope to solve the problem of peel accumulation and waste for the fruit tea shop, and at the same time try to improve the material and function of the packaging. Starting from this, we have designed a conceptual product and the peel material cup model that may be produced by using this product. We hope to use the machine and the peel waste accumulated in the fruit tea shop to recreate the peel material cup through the processes of drying, boiling, stirring, mixing, etc, it is more convenient to recycle and degrade and has more environmental protection value. In addition, we have also designed an interactive panel for the machine, which is more convenient for users to use the machine and check the progress.
