This is a seat belt that doubles as a tool that aids passengers exit coach buses safely and quickly in case of emergency. Due to the poor quantity and placements of the old fashioned emergency bus mallets, this emergency escape tool has been implemented in the very first location your hands reach for after an accident: your seat belt. This device allows users to break through the window with ease. With the press of a bu-tton on the head of the belt buckle, a me-tallic probe will pop out and break the window without the need of excessive applied force that an emergency mallets would require.

Together with the seat belt, it can ensure that the hammer will come out at any time you press it,
There is an awl on the waist, not uncomfortable?
If so, wouldn't the safety belt be a bit unsafe for daily use, and it is easy to hurt people
I seem to understand it and put the seat belt together with the safety hammer.
