The original intention of designing Schumann's magazine rack was to find that the three major magazines and five major seals in the home were nowhere to be placed, and they were covered with dust and became the best waste. As a fashionable city beauty, in order to let the beloved magazine rack see the light of day, so that the magazine can be displayed beautifully and become a beautiful scenery line in the home, the designer decided to design a magazine rack that can display the magazine vertically and does not occupy the family space. The structure of Schumann's magazine rack was finally determined through many negotiations with the factory master. 1. The back plate is made of cherry wood veneer. The advantage of veneer is that it is not easy to deform, but the disadvantage is that the sides are not good-looking, so they are mostly used as back plates and bottom plates, and the sides can be hidden first. It is used as a back plate on this magazine rack. The upper lines are exposed naked, which really affects the senses. Finally, it is selected to hide with slender solid wood. 2. Combination of legs and cabinet: Considering the transportation cost and preventing accidents such as leg breakage during transportation, the disassembly and assembly structure was selected. There are many ways to disassemble and assemble the legs and the cabinet. For example, the legs are first combined with a square iron sheet, and then connected with the cabinet through the iron sheet. In this way, there is no structure from top to bottom, but looking at the side, too many screw heads really affect the perception. So I had to change the method, and finally found a metal piece commonly used for connecting table legs and table tops, called a double transverse hole. Punch the hole from the back of the leg, and the top of the cabinet bottom plate is locked with the double horizontal hole inside the leg. Screw countersunk treatment, which greatly ensures the integrity of the cabinet from the front or the side. 3. In order to show the beauty of the magazine cover to a greater extent and to display the magazine safely, it will not jump off the shelf. I chose acrylic as the book file, and tested the height and width to ensure easy access.
