By chance, I got a no-money sweeping robot-Aiko Z3. I experienced the noise thief and couldn't clean our dog's hair, so I took it apart.
It is worth mentioning that the blue box was pulled out. When it was installed for the first time, it was installed backwards and found that it could not be pressed down. I don't know whether the pull out was designed to prevent installation errors or production needs.
There are 3 shells, top cover, middle shell and bottom plate. After unscrewing the bottom screw, you can open it up and down. The robot includes a power supply, a power switch, 2 sets of motor-driven brooms, 1 set of motor-driven opposite wheels, a fan, and a blue plastic box for garbage. The top cover and the middle shell are connected by a buckle. Open the shell and you can see the switch, garbage box and battery (placed on the middle shell, separated from the bottom internal components). The general principle is that the garbage swept by the broom may be blown into the garbage mouth at the bottom for storage, but the bottom is an open structure. won't the garbage swept in fall out again?
The installation of the broom part is hard pressed in. It is estimated that the components produced are not suitable enough for assembly or they want to make a relatively firm structure that is easy to install and disassemble. They are tied around with adhesive tape.
Module that drives broom rotation
The wheel part uses a motor to drive the bevel gear to drive the wheel to rotate, but in this case, can the robot only rotate in situ and cannot walk in a straight line?
The module that drives the wheels to rotate, but I don't quite understand why it is necessary to use this multiple gear transmission? In order to change the speed?
The circuit board is also very simple
The charging port is assembled with a concave-convex structure.
On the whole, this is a very simple machine, and my small white structure can basically understand it. At the same time, it is also a very failed product. The basic functions are not up to the requirements. Looking at the wholesale price (between 50 and 60), it should be the kind of things that look high and useless when buying things, and it also caused great damage to my ears and dogs. This machine was sent to me by others because there was no charger. As a result, after checking online, only the charger was sold, not the robot. I don't know if it was a way for them to make money.
