Parkinson's disease is a chronic degenerative disorder of the central nervous system that impairs the patient's motor skills, language skills, and other functions. There are more than 2.7 million Parkinson's patients in our country, and the number of patients over 65 years old is 1.7%.
Parkinson's disease FOG refers to a gait disorder in which the patient attempts to walk or move forward with a short, sudden stop or significantly reduced pace. Experimental studies have shown that when Parkinson's patients walk while listening to familiar and rhythmic songs and walking at a rhythm that matches the comfortable gait, they can improve gait coordination and stability. The study also pointed out that the rhythm cues given to patients through visual, tactile, auditory and other stimuli can maintain or improve the patient's gait parameters and play a stabilizing role in preventing FOG events.
Le Xing includes 3 hardware (crutches, handles and intelligent core modules-Le Bao) and 1 supporting training and guidance software. Through the inertial measurement unit, the core intelligent module worn at the waist can detect the gait rhythm of Parkinson's patients, and strengthen the tactile and auditory rhythm through the linear motor and horn, which is conducive to improving the frozen gait. At the same time, the core module can be combined with the handle to carry out more diversified interesting fitness activities.
