The highway toll system is divided into 4 products, namely, card issuers, payment machines and two economic large screens. It is mainly used in the import and export platforms of expressways to replace the traditional artificial island platform card collection and manual payment in an intelligent way. The system can not only be applied to the harsh outdoor environment, but also carry out the digital management of the entire highway system in a convenient way. At the same time, the product has a high card throughput, reducing the frequency of staff replacement, saving manpower. Automatic sterilization is set inside the machine to reduce the risk of virus transmission caused by card exchange.
In the appearance design, the product is simple and atmospheric. The shape of the card issuing machine and the payment machine is in the form of left and right packages, which is visually directional. The whole product is in the transition from the side to the front of the large arc, and the non-angular design is more caring for people and reduces the psychological distance. The creation of lights and the collision of materials make the product more professional.
Based on this design concept, we have used a unified design language to create a unified style of charging robot family products, namely: self-service card issuing robot SHARK 001, self-service payment robot SHARK 002, and digital economy large screen SHARK 003.
At present, most of the card issuing machines on the market are generally constructed with upper and lower hair, which is extremely inconvenient for some higher off-road vehicles. Innovative research and development of four card issuing robot. Effectively shorten the distance of 1 meter to a maximum of 0.6 meters. When the vehicle enters the toll station, the card machine will arrange the most suitable card issuing position according to the height of the window to issue the card.
Through innovative design, we integrated the screen and the card receiving module, and threw the card directly into it like shooting. The interactive area of card collection has increased from 4 square centimeters to 800 square centimeters, an expansion of 200 times.
