The shape of the spirit comes from the wine barrel in the winery.

Resumption and summary:
1. The early version of the lanyard was soft and collapsed, and the hand feeling was not very good. So contact the supplier from the 1688, find samples, send samples, proofing. Fortunately, I soon found a silicone core braided rope of the right size and took 2 weeks to get all the color samples. However, I did not expect that the subsequent proofing progress was comparable to disaster level. The long-decided lanyard was stuck at the top of the mountain where the price of silicone soared when the order was finally placed.
2. The earliest CD had only one black color, and then it was stuck in the proofing effect and price when making samples of other colors. There was no way to start 1688 to help suppliers contact suppliers. Looking for samples, sending samples and proofing, during this period, it was found that the matte fine grain CD sheet matched the rubber spraying process of the main body.
3. Unfortunately, the silica gel shock film adopts the same color as the main body. At first, the supplier provided several samples that failed to meet expectations, and the light transmission effect was very poor. Finally, for the visual unity of the product, the light transmission effect was sacrificed. This is still a pity, because there is too much work, there is no way to communicate with all the projects on site. In another project after that, I went to the silicone factory to see the master color mixing, and felt that this light transmission can still be saved.
4. Of all the color samples, the mesh cloth is the most headache. The mesh cloth style provided by the supplier is either inappropriate, the color is not good, or it is not willing to cooperate with proofing. Finally, on the way back to the company from the factory, I passed by South China City and found a supplier. In addition to black, red and blue spot, other colors were dyed and customized. Although no order was placed for the final customized color, fortunately, all the color samples needed at that time were provided.
5. For the first time with the speaker, I learned a lot about materials, costs, proofing, division of labor and cooperation. I can only really understand many things after I have experienced them once.
6. For the first time, I feel the responsibilities of product managers, designers, projects, procurement and finance in product research and development. Many things cannot be handled by one person. My heart is more than I can do. When I encounter problems in product development, I still need to find more colleagues to coordinate. This is my job responsibility. Don't rush by myself and try not to please me.
7. There is still a lot of room for optimization in this project process. At the very least, I can see that there is a lot of room for optimization, but it is still very difficult to optimize.
8. When the price of silica gel is at its peak, it is thought to replace the silica gel core with a data line. With the same hand feeling, the same diameter and the same weaving process, the 1688 price is really much cheaper. Asked the supplier, the problem is not big, then there is no then.
9. The shell is painted with oil. If you use materials, you can save 2 processes, but the effect will be worse. Or material oil injection, the same effect, but also can save a process. However, the color of the material is not good for small batches, although there are solutions.
10. There is still room for optimization of the cost of this product, but maybe I think too simply.
11. Finally, as a designer, it is suggested to run the research and development process in person, especially CMF proofing and on-site.
