In the design of Kunming Wenlan Oriental Sales Center in Sunshine City, the designer deeply explored the city context, understood the current lifestyle, and established the most reasonable spatial function logic in the de-stylized design, intending to create a space where the city and nature coexist and interpret the new ideas of contemporary art aesthetics. The overall exterior architecture of the project is based on the human settlement concept of "living between mountains and rivers", returning to the local culture of the site itself, and responding to the call of modern landscape human settlement culture with the spiritual needs of space as the starting point. The interior design continues the concept of high mountains and flowing water in architecture, takes the growth of all things as the source of design inspiration, retains the natural theme elements, excavates the natural context of Kunming city, shortens the distance between nature and city, and endows the space with unique, delicate and beautiful sensory experience. The indoor effect of the sales department pays attention to the unity with the overall effect and details of the building. In order to realize the sustainability of the project, the combination of the building with the commercial super function after the sales function is completed was considered at the beginning of the design, the location of mechanical and electrical equipment was implemented in advance, and the necessary space was reserved in advance to create conditions for later restoration.
