Convex and Concave have conducted a large number of opinions solicitation for the target users of the product in order to obtain first-hand user information in the cooperation with their thoughts. We found in the feedback solicited by users that with the improvement of economic level, contemporary users have correspondingly improved their requirements for quality of life. Most consumers expressed the need for innovative products that can improve their drinking water quality of life.

After more than 2 years of discussion, definition, design, repeated overthrow and adjustment tests, the fancy capsule coffee machine, which makes fancy coffee, hot water and milk, integrates the three functions of coffee, hot water and milk to meet the diversified needs of consumers for drinks. The design adopts a more friendly design, so that the product is integrated into the home, avoiding the stacking of regular geometric elements, and making the product more characteristic.
The main body adopts the spherical arc as the basic type of the product, which integrates the water nozzle, water receiving tray, milk tank and other components to make the product more primary and secondary. Simple operation panel and knob design, can be perfectly integrated into different home style, but also more in line with the aesthetic requirements of modern users. The systematic functional integration of the product is more, such as coffee, hot water, milk, etc., and the combination of device layout and functional components is also the top priority of the design. Taking into account the user's use scenario and space size, we greatly compressed the size of the product in the structural design, will not occupy a particularly large position, for different use scenarios are very suitable.
Considering the pain points of previous product cleaning, the design adopts the whole disassembly of the milk tank and multiple proofing tests to truly realize that the milk road can be completely cleaned, avoiding the breeding of peculiar smell and bacteria caused by residual milk scale in the pipeline, and making unused milk in a single production without worrying about waste. The milk tank can be directly removed and put into the refrigerator for refrigeration for the next use, thus greatly improving the user experience.
