The wireless base station AP is a public mobile communication base station, is an interface device for a mobile device to access the Internet, and is also a form of a wireless Internet of Things base station. It refers to a radio transceiver station that transmits information between a mobile communication switching center and a mobile phone terminal within a certain radio coverage area.

As an industrial-grade outdoor communication product, this product has high reliability, supports high and low temperature working environment, and meets IP67 waterproof and dustproof grade. The design service life is 10 years, and it has the characteristics of easy installation and maintenance.
The body of the product is carved and milled with aluminum alloy, which is suitable for heat dissipation and installation. The shell structure is formed by mold casting, and the surface is coated to make the product meet the corrosion resistance standard.

Design features:
The 1. uses the physical characteristics of the function itself (electromagnetic waves) to provide design element points for the equipment modeling, and makes the surface have a certain lively and flexible effect through curve adjustment;
2., the basic form of the surface of the equipment is determined from the aspects of surface dust prevention, heat dissipation strength, surface processing technology, battery compartment replacement, surface interface layout, location of indicator lights, whether to use decorative panels, etc., so that the equipment has a higher level of layering and modeling visual senses;
3. surface through sandblasting/anodic oxidation process to improve anti-corrosion and anti-acid;
The 4. back stiffener has a beautiful visual and diversion function to prevent water from entering the equipment.
