Everyone biologically needs a good sleep irrespective of difficult conditions. The 'Sleeping Pod' is compact low cost capsule shaped ventilated enclosure for homeless/poor to have comfortable sleep in extreme cold & mosquitoes/insects. Ideally can be a government initiative to address the poor. Manufactured by injection molded 5 mm thick plastic,the lid(with ventilation mesh) & body is released from tool at once & function by living hinge. Handle & roller wheel(for moving it around) attaches later onto the body. A slim mattress along will provide adequate comfort. Being stack-able it can be stored,transported & assembled efficiently.
