With the continuous progress of science and technology and the rapid development of industrial automation, embedded industrial control computer has become an indispensable core component of modern industrial control system.
However, the traditional embedded industrial computer usually uses a fan to dissipate heat. This design is prone to problems such as noise, high failure rate, and high maintenance cost during long-term use. In order to solve these problems, we put forward a new design scheme of fanless embedded industrial computer.

1. Heat dissipation problem: Fanless design means that other effective heat dissipation methods must be found to ensure that the industrial computer will not overheat under high load.
2. Noise control: Traditional fans are the main source of industrial computer noise. How to achieve ultra-quiet operation without fans is a big challenge.
3. Performance and volume balance: In order to ensure performance without fans, hardware selection and layout become particularly critical.

We have participated in the industrial fan-free embedded industrial computer, market research, heat dissipation technology research and development, hardware selection and optimization, appearance structure design, the concept of the integration of modern technology, industrial needs and user experience. Solution:
We use the thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy to combine the fin type to design and increase the heat dissipation area, effectively reducing the internal temperature of the industrial computer. After the selection of low-power high-performance processors to reduce heat generation; at the same time, the design and optimization of hardware and layout to ensure that the heat is evenly distributed and quickly exported.
Effectively eliminate fan noise and provide users with a quiet working environment. The use of artificial surface design combined with ergonomic principles to design the body surface, to ensure that the grip is comfortable, reduce the possibility of wrong touch keys.
