The difficulty of this design of the online particle detector developed by the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences lies in the convenience of users and the convenience of replacement of detection tools.
The particle detector can deal with different particle diameters by replacing different small hole test tubes. Simply speaking, large particles use large test tubes and small particles use small test tubes (the size here refers to the size of the laser drilling diameter of small hole tubes). The detection is to extract the liquid through a peristaltic pump to detect the micro-particles in the liquid, so the tightness must be better. After our structural design, the test tube can be removed and replaced after being loosened by screwing the knob. The test tube will be clamped and sealed after being screwed, and ash is often convenient.
For better use of the glass jar, a 45-degree design is made. After the glass jar is taken out, the lid of the jar will be fixed at 45 degrees by the spring. Compared with vertical downward, this form can realize one-handed replacement of the glass jar, which is very convenient.
In addition, there are detection lifting platform, self-locking and unlocking structure design.
