The instrument adopts the long strip streamline shape, and the body realizes the natural division of the holding area and the operation area through the hyperboloid transition. The top inclination angle design conforms to the natural holding posture of the human hand, and the bottom anti-slip silicone strip forms an elevation angle with the body to ensure that the display is at the best reading angle when placed.

The main body adopts medical white (Pantone 7401C) as the base color, and is matched with Kang Sheng Blue (Pantone 19-4152 TCX) function keys to form a highly recognizable brand vision. The surface of the implementation of UV light curing coating, up to 9H hardness standards, effective resistance to daily scratches. The top test paper slot area adopts laser engraving technology to accurately mark the test paper insertion direction indication.

Three silicone buttons are set at the bottom of the screen, and blind operation recognition is realized through bump design. A standard test paper slot is set on the top of the device, with a built-in infrared sensor, which automatically triggers the detection program when the test paper is inserted correctly. Side configuration independent power key and data transmission interface, waterproof seal design, ensure IP22 protection level.

The grip area is covered with skin-friendly TPE soft rubber, which enhances friction through 3D texture processing to prevent slipping during operation. The back of the device is provided with a battery compartment cover, which adopts a magnetic opening and closing structure, and the battery can be replaced with one hand. The four silicone foot pads at the bottom are arranged in a diamond shape, which effectively reduces the working vibration noise to below 40dB and creates a quiet detection environment.

The background of the display screen is preset with the medical cross and the blood glucose unit switching prompt, and the dynamic blood glucose curve animation is presented when the screen is turned on. All interfaces adopt international standard color code: blue is the test paper interface, green is the data interface, and red is the power interface, forming an intuitive operation guidance system.
