The project is located in MohammadShahr, on the margin of Tehran with low income residents. The budget we had was only 170 €/m². We replaced the expensive details with simple ones and used vernacular material of native mines in the region. The white mixture material of the diverse facade fits the hot and dry climate of MohammadShahr. To keep Iranian neighborhood culture alive (which is neglected today), we designed open, semi- open and closed spaces for children's playing, for reading and exercising and a room for neighbors to hang out. Also we decided to shorten the height of the walls of courtyard to share it with the neighborhood.
