User pain point: The difference between the products of different enterprises is difficult to distinguish. These robots are similar in appearance, all like a brother. In addition, the functions of these service robots are quite similar, mainly for the user's problem, can be used in the bank lobby or other service scenarios, so the robot experience innovation has become a breakthrough point in the robot industry!
