Injection pallet production line: this project belongs to the design of sheet metal products. the prototype given by the customer is only the internal exposed mechanical parts. through several aspects of analysis, we design a product appearance with high identification and competitiveness through comprehensive use environment, user population, functional mode, disassembly and maintenance, sales area and other factors.
The project took 2 months from the early stage of creativity-appearance design-structural design-sample processing-assembly and debugging. It belongs to the design of large-scale sheet metal machinery and tests the production and processing level in the later stage.
