1. Design Concept: Integration of Geometric Order and Function Recessive
The design of the HZ-01 helmet headset takes "LESS IS MORE" as the core philosophy, and realizes the balance between function and aesthetics through the rational expression of geometric form and the extreme simplification of interactive logic. The design team draws inspiration from the "industrial beauty of sports equipment" and proposes three principles:
Form serves the interaction: taking the knob as the visual and operation center, eliminating redundant keys;
Geometric language unity: parallelogram through the shape, structure, details, strengthen product identification;
Material contrast narrative: matte and highlight, soft and rigid collision, metaphor technology and human experience symbiosis.

1. Basic modeling: dynamic geometric mass
Main form composition:
The main body profile is constructed with three oblique angle (15 °/30 °/45 °) parallelogram facets, which form a "dynamic suspension" visual tension by asymmetric stacking. The top section has sharp edges, and the bottom section has rounded corners, giving consideration to the sense of strength and wearing comfort.
The Golden Ratio:
The diameter of the knob, the length of the section and the thickness of the earphone are arranged according to the ratio of 1:1.618 to ensure the stability of the visual center of gravity and the ergonomic sight point.
2. Visual focus: Knob interaction center
Hierarchical design:
Core layer: the knob is made of CNC carved anodized aluminum, the surface is micro-sandblasted, and the outer laser scale texture enhances tactile feedback;
Interaction layer: hidden LED light band around the knob, through the color (blue/white/red) and breathing frequency prompt power, connection status;
Transition layer: the knob base receives the curved surface of the main body with a 0.5mm concave step to weaken the thickness perception.
Light effect logic:
The brightness of the light band is automatically adjusted with the ambient light, maintaining high visibility under strong light, and not interfering with users under dark light, realizing "technical expression with temperature".
3. Material and process: precision control of tactile experience
Host material:
Matte composite fiber shell: customized mineral fiber + PC mixed material, fine etching lines on the surface to enhance scratch resistance, while reducing reflective interference;
Magnetic interface components: embedded NdFeB magnet, the adsorption surface is covered with skin-friendly silica gel to ensure smooth disassembly and assembly without noise.
Details of the process:
Micro chamfering cutting: all edges adopt 0.3mm hyperboloid micro chamfering to eliminate cutting feel;
Sub-piece color difference control: the shell (Pantone Cool Gray 8C) and the knob (Pantone Cool Gray 2C) maintain a 3-degree gray scale difference to enhance the visual level.
Invisible Design of 3. Human-Computer Interaction
1. Systematic integration of knobs and shapes
Operation hot zone visualization:
The 3mm area around the knob is designed with a shallow concave surface, which is naturally touched and positioned by fingertips without visual confirmation;
Form-guided behavior:
The inclination direction of the tangent plane of the parallelogram is consistent with the rotation track of the knob, which implies the intuition of the operation direction (for example, the upward trend of the tangent plane corresponding to the increase of the volume).
2. Hidden optimization of wearing scenes
Thin structure:
The thickness of the shell is compressed to 12mm, and the weight reduction and heat dissipation balance are realized by asymmetrically hollowing out the inner cavity (1.2mm at the thinnest part);
Surface Fit Logic:
The curvature of the back plate is based on the global helmet database (including 32 mainstream models), with an adaptation rate of 99.3, eliminating the abrupt feeling of "external equipment.
