HITO micro elf mouse autonomous mobile robot is TOALL convex design for Haitong (HITO) robot technology design of the latest industrial intelligent mobile robot products. It is different from TOALL's former Galaxy Battleship AMR (review 2022 China Excellent Design Award work here). The AMR incorporates many industry-leading advanced technologies, including a centralized controller with integrated distributed optimization algorithms, a multi-mode hybrid navigation system, and a new modular component design. This series introduces a breakthrough modular structure design and innovative design aesthetics in the business, targeting manufacturing and logistics customers as the basic unit to provide a more efficient overall intelligent cargo movement solution.
The AMR adopts a minimalist design and industry-leading modular structure design to minimize assembly complexity. The unique design has completely changed the traditional appearance of industrial products, and seamlessly integrates industrial design with high-efficiency autonomous operation system. The extreme reduction of turning radius and site area can adapt to the lifting and rotation of shorter shelves, greatly enhance the efficiency of goods operation, and avoid the accident risk of collision and falling down.
The breakthrough design hides the control screen and test port in the rear compartment, making the integration simpler while ensuring fast access.
The drop-shaped aluminum alloy integrated protective cover on the head of the product can well protect the sensor. The design of the line-shaped light strips on the front and back sides reduces the visual pollution of the light and increases the diffusion of ground light;
The AMR of the elf mouse breaks through the heavy impression of the traditional AMR in the past. It is the first in the industry to adopt A- level curved surface design, with a very simple and smooth curved surface and a more sense of future science and technology. The rounded radian around can improve the overall speed, be more flexible and have stronger obstacle avoidance function.

The running mini mouse AMR is managed by the background system, and the route is automatically planned through the program, avoiding each other and running efficiently. The operation site can be unattended and automatically charged; the internal structure allows quick replacement and assembly, which is convenient for quick assembly of different working platforms on the top, suitable for various scenarios.
