Korea's traditional liquor culture, which has disappeared a lot now, emphasized fragrance and health. In other words, it was a wellness culture. Every family had a different recipe for alcohol, so it had a variety of flavor and the quality was good. But today's mass-produced liquor is poor quality. 'Hyang-gi' is a home distiller. You can add herbs or dried fruits to the filter and distill it again to get a high quality drink of the desired taste. Instead of drinking just to get drunk, I suggest a new liquor culture that enjoys slowly. As the liquor flows along the surface of the distiller, you can see the taste and color gradually change.
