Zhixin omnidirectional van robot solves the efficiency bottleneck problem caused by the traditional four-way shuttle layer change, and creatively fills the gap of shelf robot in this field. As a newly defined product, we have reconsidered the modeling design of logistics robots. Due to the extremely compact product, the space for design is very limited. We thought of the idiom "as thin as a cicada's wing", so we made the product lighter and lighter in visual perception through design methods. On the details of the product indicator light, we have adopted the mountain character pattern in traditional Chinese utensils culture as a continuation of ancient Chinese industrial culture on modern robots.
As the enterprise introduced industrial design in the early stage of development, and experienced many adjustments and modifications in the joint design and development with the enterprise, we all made the fastest response to assist the enterprise in updating the drawings in time, as well as docking proofing prototype and DFM.
