Project background: The traditional hotel industry has high requirements for the service quality of service personnel. Different service quality will give users completely different check-in experiences. It is very important for the chain hotel industry to balance the check-in experiences of different hotels. However, Yunji hotel service robot can ensure the high quality and unity of service level to the maximum extent, combined with the digital solution of in-stay service developed specially for hotel scenes, maximize the realization of digital-driven operations, manpower, materials, information to achieve the best matching scheduling.
User Requirements: The product design standardizes the chassis, which can maximize the function by replacing different functional storehouses and reduce unnecessary waste of resources. Six functions of distribution, meal delivery, sweeping, killing, cloth and grass and garbage storage can be realized through one chassis.
Optimization and upgrading: The concept of modularizing the chassis and adapting different functional cabins greatly reduces the production cycle and waste of resources. In the design process, the core usage scenario is considered, so that the product is highly integrated into the scene, and combined with advanced AI algorithms, the three-way linkage of people, products and environment is realized.
Product strategy: hotels can enjoy standardized service processes without spending high labor costs. through standardized chassis and different modules, linkage operations can be realized from six aspects of killing, cleaning, distribution, garbage storage, cloth grass and meal delivery.
