Everyone knows that if a product wants to be mass produced, a mold must be opened. Mold is an essential tool for batch molding of products. The shape, structure, size and even surface effect of products all depend on mold formation. Although many products can be processed by hand, the processing efficiency is too low and the accuracy is not high enough. However, processing with molds can effectively solve these problems. Only the raw materials need to be put into the mold cavity, and then through the operation of relevant machines, the required products can be produced efficiently and conveniently continuously. All moulds are essential to the mass production of the product.
When the size structure of the newly developed product has not been completely determined, it is better to open a sample mold for proofing and adaptation at this time to facilitate the modification of the mold caused by subsequent product size structure modification. Speaking of which, everyone must be curious to ask, why do you want to open a model? The reasons are as follows:
First, the sample mold of the product is convenient for mold modification, and the time required for mold opening and mold modification is much shorter than that required for mass production mold;
Second, it can avoid the scrap of the mold caused by too many modifications, because even if the sample mold is scrapped, it is a set of sample mold, and its cost is far lower than that of the mass production mold;
Third, opening the sample mold first can effectively reduce the mold opening risk of silica gel mold. Occasionally modifying the mold may have little effect on the mold. If too much modification will affect the subsequent production of the mold, because the mold is the same as any product, the more modification the mold itself, the worse the situation.
If the size and structure of the product are confirmed by opening the sample mold first, it is only necessary to directly put it on the mass production mold at one time according to the design of the sample mold during formal mass production, thus effectively reducing the number of modifications of the mass production mold and stabilizing the quality during subsequent production.
