"Kaiwen View Design Series" is inspired by the ancient ceramic goddess
Product Name: Pampukh Series Sofa
Brand: Faina
Designer: Victoria Yakusha
Inspired by the ancient ceramic goddess, the super comfortable DOMNA sofa.
The design brand from Ukraine has adopted a different way to give new life to this DOMNA sofa with obvious curves and upholstery.
In order to achieve the unique shape of this sofa, the designer Victoria Yakusha carefully studied the ancient ceramic goddess sculptures and drew inspiration from their female form.
When designing DOMNA sofa, the goal is to change some gentle female form from sculpture to functional furniture. The result is a cloud-like sofa, comfortable and can be applied to any living space.
The sofa incorporates many different materials, including wool, polyester and a microfiber similar to suede. Each material provides a rich choice of colors, from natural to bright pink.
Feiner's founder, Victoria Yakusha (Victoria Yakusha), built the shape of the chair on the anthropomorphic ceramic product discovered by archaeologists in the Setatuya Mountain in Romania in 1942.
This sculpture is made from the Ilyan culture of Cucutinite from about 5400 to 2700 BC, depicting the body form of the goddess.
Some people think that four of these female forms face inward and represent a Hola-a ritual dance in an interrelated circle.
According to the designer, the bodies of these female goddesses are like amulets, bringing good luck to families, especially agricultural culture.
As Yakusha explained, her works celebrate Ukraine's modern design and are usually rooted in the country's cultural heritage.
There is cause and effect in the world, and so is design. Designers will think about the origin of design from various dimensions when creating, and the products that are finally presented to the audience have undergone too many artistic processing and improvement. This is a design The process of creation and the embodiment of value.
