Background: With the continuous development of society and science and technology, the demand for VR technology in all walks of life is increasingly strong. VR technology has also made great progress and has gradually become a new scientific and technological field. VR refers to virtual reality technology. It is a computer simulation system that can create and experience a virtual world. It uses a computer to generate a simulation environment. It is a multi-source information fusion, interactive three-dimensional dynamic view and entity The system simulation of behavior immerses users in the environment. In terms of hardware equipment, the current R & D and production are mainly based on helmets, glasses, and all-in-one machines; in terms of software content, it is mainly the content works of startups based on games and movies, and resources in the application market are relatively scarce.
Insight: With the continuous development and commercialization of virtual reality technology, the demand for virtual reality content will continue to increase in the future. For virtual reality, the more important thing is how to be more realistic and present a more immersive experience. In other words, we need to meet a variety of sensory experiences, the first of which is the three-dimensional visual effects and all-round three-dimensional sound effects. Even in the near future, smell and touch will be involved to assist in enhancing sensory experience. And all this needs to be built on relaxed and comfortable conditions to produce a perfect immersive experience, so the wearing comfort of VR glasses has become the core element of current similar products. At present, VR glasses are basically eye mask-type wearing methods, which have a heavy sense of pressure on the face around the eye socket, and the serious forward tilt of the center of gravity of the whole machine causes a very lack of wearing comfort.
Strategy: First, based on the principle of ergonomics, explore new ways of wearing and improve the immersive wearing experience. Second, strengthen product design and wear experience design to keep users relaxed and happy.
Design: According to the principle of ergonomics, human facial nerves are denser, sensitive to external compression, and easy to make people feel muscle fatigue. On the surface of the study, the skull is the head with the strongest compression resistance and is most suitable for bearing weight and wearing external equipment. Therefore, we divide VR glasses into two parts: glasses body and head wear. Head wear is a set of adjustable elastic headband wearing structure, which transfers the compression force of the original facial eye frame to the skull part upward, thus reducing the fatigue of facial muscles and greatly improving the comfort level, making it suitable for longer use. In addition to the integrated design of the glasses body, the removable and washable silicone hood is a highlight. Compared with the traditional foam mask, silicone is more skin-friendly and has better adaptation effect. And these two major components we use is a brand-new gear shaft connection structure, when wearing can turn up out of the immersion state, at the same time can also be very convenient to use in the case of wearing glasses.
