🔹Morphological Difficulties and Solutions

Main body shell: matte spray ABS, delicate touch and wear resistance, control the cost of the whole machine, suitable for mass production;

Air outlet grille: plastic integrated molding, surface twill texture, not only enhance the visual details, while ensuring smooth airflow.
🔹Process thinking
The shell adopts integral injection molding to avoid assembly gaps caused by too many parts of the shell. The metal ring adopts a spinning anodizing process, and the assembly method adopts a buckle structure to reduce screw exposure and keep the appearance intact.
The grille twill structure repeatedly adjusts the inclination in the modeling stage to avoid process problems such as injection shrinkage and difficulty in demoulding.

Taking into account the dual scenes of car and desktop, the size control is portable, the cylindrical shape is not easy to bump, and the placement stability is stronger.
