This work is a concept project for the company during the work. It is a concept model of nut portable projection series. At that time, aiming at the normalizing hand tour industry, I wanted to make an interesting projector for hand tour on the same screen, and at the same time, I also took into account the design of hand tour handle accessories!

Xiao Xiang: Hello, Da Da, please introduce yourself to everyone first.

Designer: My name is Ni Qingze, and my English name is Zor.Ni. I can be called Qingze, Xiao Ni, or Uncle Ni (ha ha, does it sound like cursing). It's almost four years since graduation, but I'm still just a fledgling newcomer. At most, I 've been polished by society! But now I think it's not bad for designers to have some edges and corners. They still need to have a design attitude!

The work is inspired by the stage performance form and thinking core of the Western absurd drama "Waiting for Godot", and draws on the aesthetic form of the traditional Eastern art "bonsai" for appearance design.

The candlelight lit up, the wax and tears slowly fell, condensed on the dead trees like lush branches, floating in the basin lake like rustling leaves. Between the condensation of the inch of light, one leaf and one withering, one generation and one reincarnation, using Eastern aesthetics to interpret Western drama culture, implying the flow of time and the rise and fall of life, so the title is "condensation and withering".


Xiao Xiang: Although you have graduated less than 4 years ago, you already feel "experienced". Can you share your actual combat experience?

Designer: communicate more, observe more, jump more, try more and sleep more. As long as you are willing to work hard and have no hard-to-touch design, but don't get into a corner. Sufficient sleep is especially important for creative output!

Xiao Xiang: I saw on Puxiang's official website that one of your works was designed in the second year of undergraduate and won the Supreme Gold Award in the 9th Huadi Industrial Design Competition. I would like to ask you how you were so good in your sophomore year. How did you do it?

Designer: I really don't dare to be powerful. There are mountains outside the mountain. In recent years, I have really met some people who are too powerful to understand inside and outside the design! I learned a lot from them! As for the work mentioned, this is an unforgettable experience in a lifetime. It is the first time to participate in an industrial design competition, the first time to see the world, the first time to come to a first-tier city is Shenzhen, and the first time to eat pork soup powder. Anyway, this work has brought me countless firsts! As well as the following job opportunities and so on, are all brought about by this competition! The value of this has far exceeded the false name of this gold award and the short-term pleasure brought by the bonus!

Preliminary research on the cigarette machine market has learned that for Chinese cooking methods, suction has always been the core selling point of cigarette machines, followed by noise, cleanliness, beauty and other needs.

The investigation of the principle of the cigarette machine shows that the suction force of the cigarette machine depends on the fan and its internal air cavity structure.

Among them, the biggest reason why centrifugal fans are mostly used in household smoke machines is that their wind pressure is very high, but the air volume is less, and the air volume sucked and discharged is not much. Although the air volume of axial fan is very large, its wind pressure is very low, and the range of air volume is very small, so it will not be applied to smoke machines.

For the "fan", the linear suction is the largest, while the inlet of the top suction cigarette machine and the centrifugal fan are in a vertical structure, which will reduce the suction efficiency.

Furthermore, the centrifugal fan itself has less air volume. Therefore, the application of centrifugal fans in cigarette machines has certain limitations. At the same time, more and more cigarette machines have joined the "big suction melee", and the methods of increasing suction are also different. But the core has not changed so far, that is, the centrifugal fan.

This cigarette machine abandons the centrifugal fan and applies the mixed flow fan to the cigarette machine for the first time.

The reason for adopting mixed flow fan is that it is between centrifugal and axial flow. His wind wheel does both centrifugal motion and axial flow motion, so he has both the air pressure of centrifugal fan and the air volume of axial flow fan.

The mixed flow fan mainly consists of impeller, casing, inlet collector, deflector, motor and other components.

The impeller is welded to the hub by a twisted flat plate with meridional acceleration characteristics. After testing, it has good aerodynamic performance.

When the mixed-flow fan is applied to the cigarette machine, it can be kept parallel to the smoke inlet without affecting its efficiency. The inlet current collector and the smoke collecting cavity can form a perfect airflow butt joint, and the whole cigarette machine is equivalent to a mixed-flow fan.

The structure of the wind cavity is smooth and symmetrical, which is not only a perfect wind cavity, but also an invisible funnel. Oil fume will flow downward when liquefied in any part. The smooth and symmetrical inner wall also slows down the pollution speed of the wind cavity and is convenient for disassembly and cleaning.

Its disadvantage is that the direction of air flow is parallel to the motor, and the oil smoke will cause serious pollution to the motor.

In order to solve this problem, it was decided to abandon the traditional motor operation mode and switch to magnetic levitation electromagnetic pole propulsion.

The structure of the mixed flow fan naturally meets the potential energy of the bowl, so only ordinary permanent magnets are needed. The suspension effect can be achieved by adjusting the balance of gravity and repulsion by using the principle of same-sex repulsion.

In order to achieve high-speed operation of the wind wheel by constantly changing the nature and strength of the transverse electromagnetic pole.

The application of magnetic levitation solves the shortage of mixed flow fan in the smoke machine, and separates the motor part from the rotating part, making it easier to disassemble and clean. This is my core innovation in the application of structural technology, the magnetic levitation mixed flow fan.

The product form design adopts bionic design, inspired by sharks.

The black shell of the cigarette machine is refined and integrated through the fin part of the shark's back, so that it can add a sense of vitality and vitality without losing the industrial taste.

The air inlet baffle of the smoke machine is the morphological feature of the shark gills.

Gill itself is a kind of thing in a filtering state in nature. The purpose of using gill element is to convert the smoking process of cigarette machine into a breathing state through morphological semantics, giving people a kind of thing that it is not only smoking oil smoke, but also helping us filter the environment, thus increasing the affinity between people and products.

Only when there is water can there be fish. Water and fish are a harmonious whole in one environment. The smoke collecting cavity of the cigarette machine is a complete curved tempered glass, and the morphological elements come from the ripples on the sea surface.

The fin is on the water surface and the gills are under the water surface. The design purpose of this form is to maintain the sense of industry and create a harmonious natural state. Here is all the innovation points of this cigarette machine, from the innovation of structure and technology to the innovation of appearance and form.

Xiao Xiang: The growth path of design ability is a bit like upgrading and fighting monsters, but when you appear on the stage, you are a big boss. Have you encountered any setbacks on this path and how have you solved them?

Designer: In fact, I am the same, but it seems that I ran out of Novice Village to find BOSS as soon as I set up my role! Then I was abused by blood. I always made trouble for myself. I would try my best to compress the things of a month to 10 days. What I finished in a week may have to explode my liver and finish it one night a day! This is very tired, I am also very distressed, I don't know whether this is an advantage or a disadvantage! However, after work, I slowly began to slow down the pace (maybe I am a little fried dough sticks). Now I want to find my previous passion, in other words, I should look for "first heart"!

As for solving setbacks and difficulties, I may always set flag! For example, the difficulty is a wall, and then I throw my hat in the past, which forces me to climb over the wall! It's probably often the feeling of breaking the rubicon! In fact, this kind of feeling is not very good, because the pressure will be very great, you have to find a way to take it back if you set up a flag! This method is not recommended to learn, ha, the body can't bear it! But the growth rate is absolutely the same as nitrogen injection!
