Mr. Pei: The popularity of smart homes is definitely a necessity. As everyone does not lack houses in the future, smart homes will definitely bear the brunt in the home environment at that time.
As for the pan-home decoration industry, we think it contains three parts. The first is hard clothing, the second is soft clothing, and the third is smart home.
The smart home I am talking about must include home appliances. Home appliances have existed for a long time, but smart home appliances have only emerged in recent years. Mr. Pei: Although there were some offline investigations in the early stage, the actual final result was beyond our imagination.
I think there are two core factors. First of all, I think it is a very good phenomenon for the whole industry, which shows that the industry has really got up. As long as you are good enough, the industry is waiting for you to recover such a share.
Secondly, it shows how much people accept this high-quality thing, proving that it has a user group; our channel providers have also seen what kind of products their users need, so it will lead them to find what kind of original factory to act as an agent, or to carry out a distribution.
And our differentiated positioning, from a preliminary point of view, has been verified, and there is no problem with the high-end positioning. There must be your user base there, after all, the Chinese market is really too big.
Q: Cloud Atlas is committed to building a full-scene smart home. Can you introduce the scope and design concept?
Mr. Pei: We define the whole scene. First of all, the word must meet all the necessities of family life.

Therefore, our concept of creating a full scene and the original intention of product design should think of this possibility in the future from the beginning.

Q: What is the biggest difficulty in product design?
Mr. Pei: The first difficulty is a system. The appearance of any of its single items will cause you to add new designs at the entire app level, including cloud data.
Second, our company has made eight series of products, and each product needs to be done very well. Whenever a product has a problem, it will be very destructive to the brand. If the user's response is very good, then this product is absolutely OK.

Q: Where did you start when planning a "full-scene smart home?
Mr. Pei: It must start from the user's pain point. Of course, in the smart home market, users sometimes need to dig their own pain points, and even need you to guide them. As Jobs said, in fact, the user's needs may be We created, if you have the ability to create user needs, then you are the best.
Smart home industry, because it has no forerunner, so many times need you to bravely do some innovation.
Why are there so many unicorn companies? This situation is because any new industry appears, it must be that entrepreneurs can take the lead.
There are certain objective laws in this. Start-up companies dig out user pain points with their heart and work tirelessly to iterate. This is very important and cannot be done with money.

Q: How do you show your sense of design without changing the user's cognition? And it does not increase the user's difficulty?
Mr. Pei: users' understanding of smart home is limited, we have no doubt about this, so this is also the reason why this industry is not fully popular.
If it is said that every user is very familiar with the whole smart home, then this industry is no longer suitable for start-up companies, because at that time the pattern of this industry has basically been determined, and you are already a latecomer and there are no more opportunities.
How to solve this problem, or go back to our team just mentioned, there is this gene there, we know this matter very well, even sometimes a little conceited, in China, there is no better understanding of the whole smart home than we do.

The second point: to choose an industry, and this industry is best in the wind, then if a little earlier I think there is no problem. This industry should be big enough. I think it would be better to choose a bigger industry.
The last thing is to stick to it, otherwise it will be difficult to succeed. Because it is really very difficult to start a business now. It is most important to have perseverance and persistence. Entrepreneurship is made.
