These structural disassembly diagrams are the design deposits of our team in the field of consumer electronics and commercial equipment. From the lightweight structure of the small desktop fan, to the optimization of the air duct of the air purifier, to the acoustic structure design of the smart speaker, every disassembly is balancing the relationship between "function, cost, and experience.
We believe that a good product is not only the appearance, but also the precision and logic of the internal structure. These designs not only meet the feasibility of mass production, but also provide convenience for subsequent iteration and maintenance through a modular and easy-to-disassemble structure.
I hope to share with my colleagues the ingenuity and pain points in structural design, and I also hope to provide Party A with a clearer technical reference.
Small desktop fan
The core of the structure design of this portable fan is to achieve the triple balance of "wind, quiet and portable" in a very small space. Disassembly can be seen: the grid density optimization of the wind deflector, the damping silicone pad of the motor, the damping shaft of the rotatable base, and the double fixing method of the buckle and screw of the shell. It not only ensures the structural strength, but also simplifies the assembly process and improves the mass production efficiency by 20%.
Air Purifier
In view of the large space purification needs, the structure of this product focuses on the fluid mechanics optimization of the air duct. Disassembly and display: the air deflector at the top, the modular slot of the multi-layer filter element, the hidden fixing of the universal wheel at the bottom, and the integrated bending process of the metal shell. These designs not only improve the purification efficiency, but also make the filter element replacement and equipment handling more convenient.

Smart speaker
The acoustic structure is at the heart of the design of this speaker. Disassembly and display: 360-degree sound-generating screen cover opening design, low-frequency enhanced passive diaphragm structure, modular layout of main board and battery, and seamless splicing process of shell. We optimized the cavity structure through finite element analysis, so that the sound quality remains full in a compact volume.
Disassembly shows: the anti-scratch buffer structure of the screen, the quick disassembly and assembly design of the printing module, the dustproof and waterproof cover plate of the interface, and the optimization of the heat dissipation air duct of the host. All components adopt standardized interfaces to facilitate subsequent upgrades and maintenance by merchants.

The structural highlight of this speaker is the balance between lightweight and acoustic performance 」. Disassembly can be seen: the symmetrical layout of the double horn, the low-frequency enhancement design of the passive radiator, the waterproof structure of the Type-C interface, and the metal fabric splicing process of the shell. Through structural optimization, the speaker can still provide shocking stereo sound effects while being portable.
Portable hanging lamp
As an outdoor lighting equipment, the structure of this hanging lamp focuses on "anti-drop, waterproof and endurance optimization 」. Disassembly can be seen: PC scratch-resistant material of lampshade, sealing rubber ring of battery compartment, hidden storage structure of lanyard, and heat dissipation design of LED lamp board. All structures have passed the IPX5 waterproof test to ensure normal use in rainy or humid environments.
