ZINO's original intention was designed to realize the concept of pocket aerial drones being convenient to use, carry around, and take pictures as you want.
In order to facilitate the storage and use, most of the space is saved by the way of up and down dislocation, so that the storage state is only the iphone7p size. The overall design is relatively concise. The black surface shell at the top has been textured, and the heat dissipation holes are also hidden in the textures, which can not only meet the functional requirements, but also serve as a detailed treatment.

The black face shell on the top can be used as a replacement material, personalized design, consumers can freely design patterns, and change the effect they want according to their own preferences.
The maximum flight time of the unmanned aerial vehicle is 23 minutes. With the three-axis fixing method of the pan-tilt platform, everyone can enjoy the fun of aerial photography.

ZINO is the third listed product I have designed in this company, and it is also a relatively satisfactory product.
Although the design road is rather tortuous, from the beginning of ID design to the docking structure, four structural engineers have been replaced in more than a year. Finally, due to other reasons, I left the company. ZINO has not yet been officially mass produced. Although it is a little regrettable, I am also very grateful for the cooperation and support of colleagues in various departments. ZINO can have its current appearance.

The top shell can be used as a replacement material for personalized design. Consumers can freely design patterns and change the desired effect according to their preferences.
The square hole hidden under the top shell can provide heat dissipation for GPS and other components. The design of stripes can not only enrich the details of the surface shell, but also hide the heat dissipation holes under the texture.

The operation is simple, and the unfolding and storage states can be quickly switched in only four steps, thus reducing the complexity of folding.

When DJI launched the "Royal" product, the company wanted to launch a lower-priced folding drone in order to compete in a dislocation. In order to avoid the "royal" 3D folding mechanism, several folding structures were conceived and designed at the beginning, and which structure has more advantages was compared and analyzed. From the curved arm to the straight arm, and then from the straight arm back to the curved arm, after repeated adjustments, ZINO has the embryonic form of a pocket machine.

At the beginning, the structure of the designed arm was not a curved arm. After adjustment, it was found that the curved arm can save up and down space, making the UAV smaller and more portable.

There is also a folding remote control with the ZINO drone.
The structure adopts a hinge method similar to a sliding support, pulls out the parts from both sides of the remote control, clamps the mobile phone under the remote control, and acts as a screen for use.
