In the tail of the 2020, I finally came to the fork in the postgraduate entrance examination or work. There is more or less a dream to become a design master. Maybe the works in the next year will not explode like this year, and the focus of work may shift to the postgraduate entrance examination. Before the end of the year, sorting out the works of the year is also an answer sheet for the 2020.

Design description:
This is the design of a piggy bank. The upper part is made of bamboo, and the lower part is a transparent acrylic board.
The special weaving method of bamboo weaving allows people to put coins from any angle. The regular and delicate texture of bamboo weaving makes the piggy bank a beautiful ornament when not in use.

Giant's White Pocket

Design description:
This is an interesting wall storage bag. When walking through a white wall, I wonder if we live in the body of a giant, and the white wall is his white shirt. So we designed a wall storage bag, like a pocket on a shirt, it is sewn from white leather. The white storage bag and the color of the wall are skillfully combined. It can place some flowers, keys, pens and other small objects.

Design Description: This kind of thing often happens in our life. When we need to sign a certificate or a material to prove our identity, we often use a stamp. Stamping is a symbolic act of commitment, meaning I am responsible for it, but I find that we do not have enough ceremonial sense of stamping. So I designed the inkpad box to look like a ring box. The ring box is thick black, and the surface is bright. When the inkpad box is closed, there will be a "pop" sound. Ring box is often used at the most important moment of marriage proposal or a person. When you want to use it and open the inkpad box, it will be like opening a ring box. In this process, the sense of commitment and responsibility will be extremely strong.

"Sunshine Just Right"

Design description:
On a sunny day
What a pleasant thing it should be to lie under the lawn and read. Life is nothing more than that.
However, when my head touches the lawn, it may be a little tied and dirty, so I cut a plastic bag into a pillow-sized size. The withered grass and dead leaves on the ground become the perfect pillow core. The smell of fallen leaves and hay comes out from the pores on the pillow. When I move from the pillow, I seem to hear the rustle of natural dead leaves.

"Stone Soap"

Design description:
The pebble was born as a rough and angular stone. During the evolution of the vicissitudes of life for hundreds of millions of years, the pebble has lost its irregular edges and corners through the movement of waves and water. The water makes the pebbles smooth and round through a long time. Our life is extremely short. How can we realize the power of time? So I designed a soap like stone, which has a rough appearance. When people use this soap, it will gradually become smooth under the flushing of water flow during continuous use. In the process of using, people will perceive the state of soap from rough to smooth. Using the soft material of soap can greatly shorten the time changed by water flow, and interpret the time of hundreds of millions of years in a very short period of use. In the time, I hope that people can feel that time has huge energy. Although the water flow is weak, water can also drop through.

"Time in Photo Frame"

Design description:
The photo in the photo frame records the touching moments in our life. It carries our precious memories, photos with family and friends, things we like and the person we love. Because this moment is important to us, we will freeze this moment in the photo frame, but because these moments pass away, we will feel more cherished and missed, and time may be just like this. This is a clock that looks like a photo frame. When we look at it, we seem to recall some things that happened in the past and think of the moment worth remembering. The joy or sadness of that moment seems to be emerging in front of us. At the same time, we understand that every moment we have now may be recorded in the photo frame, reminding us that time is fleeting and cherishing the present.

"Reincarnation"

Design description:
We divide time into many calculable scales through artificial division, but time is not separated by this in our perception of life. The cycle of day and night just draws a circle, starting to intersect with the end point and ending together, starting and ending. The progress of human life and society is along this track. "Reincarnation" turns the scale into a linear track, marking the beginning symbol at 12 o'clock. One day is a small cycle, and the track is used as the progress bar of the day. At that time, when the needle completes a circle, it is a new beginning.

"Stone Knife"

In ancient times, people smashed and ground stones and chose sharp stone tools as cutting tools. By grasping the similarity of cutting behavior of objects, I designed a paper cutter shaped like a stone.

Design description:
Perhaps everyone had a young story when they were young. At the last moment of 2020, I made this work public and became Cupid once. If you have a girl/boy you like now, shy and clumsy, make one for the one you like!!!

For design, the love has not faded since college, but I have always been eager to get closer to the essence of design. I also hope to really touch the products I design. I am also excited about the stage from creativity to commodities. At present, the blind admiration for awards is a little less. The most important thing is to create works in a down-to-earth manner. I hope 2021 will go further on the road of design.
