Introduction: With the development of my country's economy and society and the acceleration of urbanization, the passenger capacity of high-speed rail continues to increase, and people are pursuing higher environmental quality and intelligent services. In the context of the current global epidemic, the need for safety in the high-speed rail ride environment has further increased. In terms of the quality of the riding environment, the current in-car killing is still dominated by traditional human killing, and it is difficult to maintain the safety of the in-car environment for a long time during the operation of the train. In terms of service, the current in-car service is based on human services. There is a certain gap with the current pursuit of high-quality riding environment and intelligent services. The product, the intelligent elimination and sale robot of high-speed rail carriages, skillfully combines ambient air monitoring, air disinfection and sterilization, and intelligent commodity sales. It intelligently walks in the high-speed rail walkway, continuously guarantees the air environment quality of high-speed rail carriages, and promotes the development of high-speed rail intelligent services.
This design starts from the initial high-speed rail car elimination requirements, to background research, user research, technical research, and scheme proposal, structural design, structural iteration, prototype production promotion, and final product debugging. Due to the long research and development process, the current degree of intelligence of unmanned chassis can not meet the requirements of listing. However, after many subsequent algorithm iterations and product iterations, there is much room for improvement in terms of intelligence, ease of use, size and appearance. This graduation project is a practical project that I participated in the whole process. The product involves many disciplines and complex technologies, which requires communication and cooperation with multi-disciplinary personnel. In the process of development, because each module needs to be customized by different manufacturers, in order to enable each module to cooperate, it is necessary to continuously communicate with the engineers of the manufacturer.
This project has completed the original prototype from November 2020 to May 2021. I learned from this completion process how to communicate and cooperate with different professional technicians instead of simply making a "design". This is my biggest gain from this completion. However, due to time constraints, the joint adjustment of the sales system and chassis functions and the iteration of chassis algorithm are still in progress, it is a small pity that it was not displayed at the end of this completion.
