If you want to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth exploration of the "capillaries" in the city, the workload is huge, the poisoning of sewage pipeline inspection wells occurs, and the operation of small pipe diameter inspection wells is difficult and cannot be investigated.
The robot has strong dynamic performance, strong driving and obstacle crossing ability, and can work normally even under harsh pipeline conditions. Robot system, compact body, flexible movement, adjustable crawling speed and other characteristics, suitable for rural small pipe diameter small inspection well sewage pipe detection operation.
For the internal conditions of the pipeline, real-time video recording, photographing, recording, video playback and other operations can be carried out, and the internal details of the pipeline can be understood without personnel entering the internal conditions of the pipeline, which provides an important basis for formulating maintenance and repair plans.
The robot for underground pipeline inspection supports four tires in the pipeline, and can adjust itself according to the size of the pipeline and the water level. The core part of this robot is only "eyes". This pair of "eyes" is two cameras, which can record and take pictures at 360 degrees without dead corners in the underground pipeline, and return the pictures to the control end of the well in real time.
