A self-service cash register designed for Jingdong unmanned supermarket. Experience is the core of the problem. Through the design of experience process and the analysis of usage behavior by taking surveillance video, we have designed an interactive system more suitable for first-time users. We adopt constitutive design techniques to reflect the core structural form of the product and are capable and confident.
