Shouban is a prototype model of a product made through CNC computer gong, 3D rapid prototyping, vacuum complex molding, also known as model replication and other processes. To put it simply, Shouban is a prototype that makes one or two samples according to the appearance drawings and structural drawings of the product without opening the mold to verify whether the appearance or structure of the 3D drawing is reasonable. Hand board is also called the first board in different places.


Usually, products that have just been developed or designed should be made in kind. The prototype is the first step to verify the feasibility of the product. It is the most direct and effective way to find out the defects, deficiencies and disadvantages of the designed product, so as to make targeted improvements to the defects until the deficiencies cannot be found from individual prototype samples.
