This is a building transformed from a 60-year-old factory building. The appearance is pure and white, simple but unique. This kind of white, which is close to spirit, also clearly distinguishes 8C from the surrounding old buildings, with elegant temperament. Heavy wooden door, the texture of the rustic and delicate people comfortable. Push the door and enter, to the left is a private negotiation area, and to the right is a wide public area. Warm solid wood and transparent glass form a staircase, whether it is natural light or light projection, it outlines the light and shadow like painting. In addition to the empty living room, reception room, exhibition hall, tea room, negotiation room and western restaurant, the first floor also set up a Chinese and Western kitchen to meet the basic needs of life. Indoors, a warm fireplace makes the meeting full of temperature. If you move outside, the sunshine room with tropical plants becomes a good place for friends to enjoy afternoon tea. Up the stairs, the second floor is a comfortable office and living area. Painting, sculpture, furniture... Every corner can meet with art. The pick-up platform above the empty living room is an independent stage designed for music performance. The stage area is not large, but it is definitely the focus of lighting and eyes. The audience on the first and second floors, leaning on the sofa or sitting on the stairs, can listen to the graceful music in the most comfortable state. The whole building is seen in simplicity. On the surface, it is an aesthetic ceremony, but inside it is flowing. Every detail is properly arranged.
