Trojan horse cooperated with ABB to design and build the manipulator of YUMI intelligent cooperative industrial robot. It has a simple and smooth appearance and high-tech application. As soon as it appeared, it attracted the attention of German Chancellor Merkel, who is committed to promoting German industrial 4.0.
Trojan team cooperates with ABB to launch YUMI intelligent collaborative industrial robot. YUMI means YOU and ME, which means that machines and humans can work together in the future, so it is also called collaborative robot. The manipulator is an important part of the robot, full of precision sensing devices, responsible for the robot's grip, clamping and other actions, can be said to be the soul of this industrial robot.
In this project, the Trojan horse design team is responsible for the design of the robot manipulator, and the hand design and development are carried out on the basis of the main body shape designed by ABB Swedish design team. While pursuing the sense of futuristic science and technology, the design concept of "friendly robot" is also put forward. The shape is avant-garde and friendly. The streamline shape brings a sense of agility to this heavy and conservative robot hand, making it add more wonderful technological color. At the same time, the modeling also takes into account the main parts designed by the Swedish design team, and the overall modeling is integrated.
Different from its simple and smooth appearance, as a high-precision industrial robot, its internal structure is more complex, involving a variety of modeling, structure and materials and other factors. In the process of structural design, Trojan industrial design solves a series of technical difficulties such as material application, structural strength and weight control, so as to ensure that the manipulator can carry out various operations flexibly.
After repeated deliberation and design, the Trojan horse completed the design of the manipulator and formed a flexible and free intelligent cooperative robot together with the main part designed by the Swedish design team. The product has been unanimously recognized by ABB's senior management, and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who has been committed to promoting German industrial 4.0, also spoke highly of the product. The project also appeared on major industrial booths, received widespread attention and praise, and won the German Red Dot Award best of the best.
