Autonomous mobile robot (AMR) products on the market are generally large and difficult to adapt flexibly to multiple application scenarios.
After just winning the Italian A'Design Design Award and the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's award of China's outstanding industrial design of the Galaxy warship and the elf mouse that has won a large number of orders in overseas markets, TOALL Convex and Concave Design once again joined hands with Haitong to launch the most compact product of the same class-Haitong Lyon Kid AMR.
Haitong Lyon Kid AMR is not only the smallest product among Haitong's autonomous mobile robots, but also the smallest and highest-load AMR of the same level in the market. As a new generation of Haitong light-load series smart version, Lyon Kid weighs only 80kg, but the load can reach 500kg.
"Small, flexible and safe" is the design concept of Haitong Lyon Kid AMR. Through innovative appearance design and structural design, the product size is reduced so that it can adapt to more application scenarios.
At the same time, it continues the design language of Haitong AMR products. Lyon Kid also uses hidden function keys to reduce failure points and misoperation and improve operation safety. Integrated simple shape, only display the main keys, most of the operating functions hidden inside the machine. The human-computer interaction module is greatly simplified, and the corresponding fault points and false operation points are also reduced. Complete complex task functions through simple keys, thus bringing better user experience to users.
Smooth curved surface modeling, such as sports car streamlined design language, is lighter in vision and has a sense of movement. The overall appearance is different from the more straight and stiff modeling of traditional products. The round radian around is more flexible and has stronger obstacle avoidance function. Lyon Kid is a humanized working partner in the industrial environment. It not only allows users to feel the sense of technology and impact contained in the product, but also adds a relaxed and pleasant look to the industrial environment.
It also has a safety protection angle of 270, a guiding accuracy of 10, a docking accuracy of 5, a parking accuracy of 10mm, and a running speed of 1.5 m/s. It adopts laser, vision, two-dimensional code, magnetic stripe, inertia and hybrid navigation methods. Lyon Kid is competent for e-commerce sorting, material transfer, call feeding or other different scenes requiring shuttle operation.
Lyon Kid's chassis adopts the original design of aluminum alloy integrated pressure die-casting, which can better protect sensors and lidar and is suitable for more diversified application scenarios. After integrating the jacking mechanism, the chassis height is low, the environmental requirements are lower, and the scene coverage is more, which can meet the load handling requirements of multiple scenes. At the same time, the top can also be replaced with different functional modules to meet the different requirements of customers such as lifting, transferring, carrying, conveying, etc. At the same time, Haitong can also customize different body colors and navigation modes according to different customer application scenarios, and the global 24-hour online service echoes the needs of customers.
