On November 1, the final and award ceremony of the 7th SAIC "SAIC Design International Challenge" was held at the SAIC Design Center. Deans and teachers from top design universities in the country gathered at SAIC Design Center to "show" 15 exquisite models of winning works on the spot, showing the creativity and imagination of design elites from top universities at home and abroad, interpreting the forward-looking technology and extraordinary taste of Rongwei brand, as well as the emotional fashion and youthful dynamic feeling of MG brand.
On November 1, the 7th SAIC Group "SAIC DesignInternational Challenge" finals and awards ceremony was held at the SAICDesign Center. The theme of this competition is "Wisdom and Environment 2030". The competition will issue a task book for SAIC's Roewe ROEWE and MG MG brands. Participants can freely choose to design a smart travel vehicle for the 2030 Roewe brand with a 2030 smart city and a new travel mode, or a vehicle for the 2030 MG MG brand with a global market and a new travel experience for car owners.
The theme of this year's competition is“Intelligence·Boundary 2030”. The competition released the task book for Roeweand MG dual brands under SAIC. The contestants are free to choose a 2030 smartcity for the 2030 smart city with a new type of travel. The wisdom of the wayto travel, or for the 2030 MG brand is to design a vehicle for the global market,and bring new travel experience to the car user.

Since the official release of the competition task book on February 11, this design competition has received more than 500 entries from nearly 100 universities at home and abroad. After the SAIC design review team and the special cross-border design expert jury selection, shortlisted in the world's top 30. Finally, with the positioning of Roewe and MG MG brands and the bold imagination and profound interpretation of the concept of future smart cars, the final award of the China Division Finals was announced!
Lu Minghao from the Central Academy of Fine Arts won the first prize in the China Division! The second prize was won by Gao Hansen from Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts and Liu Ziyang from the Central Academy of Fine Arts. The third prize was won by Yi Peng County of Tsinghua University, Wu Jiaru of Shandong Academy of Arts and Crafts, and He Tale of Jiangsu University.
The first prize in the European Division was won by Ken Gan of the University of Coventry in the United Kingdom, the second prize was won by Kaiwen Fan of the University of Coventry in the United Kingdom, and the third prize was won by Ben Thompson of the University of Coventry in the United Kingdom.
